I have a cold. My head hurts. B just ran into the light rainshower to catch a bus. The show must go on despite not being able to locate a re-writable disk. B will deliver it to the campus station. She has the door code.
Last week our show featured a visit to a local bakery (Village Bakery, Dundas ON) owned by Susan Preston, followed by the kids doing a dramatic reading of Roald Dahl's "George's Marvelous Medicine." We threw in some Wild Honey Pie courtesy of The Beatles to make the muffins go down easy.
This week, the roving radio free school professionals went across town on the 5E Delaware to visit Eco-House coordinator Pete Wobschall and get a tour of the ecologically friendly house and grounds. The resultant informative chatter is the basis of the show with music from Kyp Harness (Wildflower).
We're closing in on the end of our fourth year of radio free school. Encourage us if you want us to keep doing this.
Achoo!

I wonder if Pete Wobschall is in any way related to my grade eleven and twelve geography teacher, Suzanne Wobschall, who was my favourite teacher of all time and who opened my eyes to the ways of the world.
Scott.
